Logo & branding files

As part of our corporate gifting service, clients may share their company logo, brand colours, slogans, or other branding assets with us to be printed or engraved on their chosen products. We treat these files with the same care as personal data, and the following terms apply:

  • Purpose of use: Your logo and branding files are used solely to produce the custom gifts you have ordered. They will not be used for any other purpose without your explicit permission.
  • Confidentiality: Your branding assets are treated as confidential business material. They are not shared with any third party except production partners directly involved in fulfilling your order.
  • Portfolio use: We may photograph finished products for use on our website or social media as examples of our work. If your branded products are featured, we will only display them in a manner that presents your brand positively. If you prefer your order not to be photographed or published, please let us know at the time of ordering.
  • Retention: Branding files are retained for the duration of your order and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of repeat orders or revisions. You may request deletion of your files at any time.
  • Ownership: You confirm that you have the right to use and share any logo or branding material you provide to us, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

 

If you do not wish your completed order to appear in our portfolio or on social media, please inform us in writing when placing your order and we will honour your request.

Qadri Glass Art is based in Lahore, Pakistan, and serves clients worldwide — including businesses in the Middle East, Europe, North America, and beyond. When you submit a quote request or share branding files from outside Pakistan, that information is transmitted to and stored on our systems in Pakistan.

By submitting the quote form or sharing files with us, you acknowledge that your data will be processed in Pakistan for the purpose of handling your inquiry and fulfilling your order. We do not transfer your data further to any third party except as described in Section 8.

  • Quote inquiries (no order placed): Contact details are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted.
  • Completed orders: Contact details and order records are retained for up to 3 years for business and accounting purposes.
  • Branding files: Retained for the duration of your project and for a reasonable period afterwards for repeat orders, unless you request earlier deletion.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will action your request within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or accounting obligations.
